all new schedule

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Dear,friends. .

These are our whole new practical schedule after the shift to mowasal
hospital (27/3)..The new lecture schedule will be post later on..
Insya-Allah. .

Accompany to our shift,there are few announcements need to
be concern of..Please read it carefully till the end :

1)All of our practical classes will held at the mowasal hospital EXCEPT
ICDL & SKILLS classes which will be conduct at the Convention center
-There'll be some time given for excuses for us rushing to the
convention center after finish up the lecture..

2) PBL & SKILLS
- Refer to the schedule carefully,note that your PBL & Skill
classes are not on the same time..
-The PBL & skills classes will be alternately to each other same as usual we're having right now,it's just the time has change..

-e.g:
Next week,Section 3 will have their PBL class (tuesday--> 8 -
10 a.m) without having skill class by that week..Week later,they will
having their skills class (Sunday --> 4 - 6 p.m) without having
PBL class by that week..

-the same situation of what we having right now,it's just there are
changes of time between PBL & skills..
-PBL will be conducted on the mowassal hospital..Insya- Allah..
-regards the ethics which is the same on with the PBL..there is no
confirmation regards of how it will be conduct but any
information& confirmation, i'll forward it later on..

3) ERROR
-there is one overlapping between Patho(gross) of section 4 & 6 which are on the
same day & class (class 6 floor 2)..There is
still no confirmation about the overlap..Insya- Allah,i'll forward
it later if there is any changes about it..

4)Please cross the road carefully as it is really concern of how
crowded the road was especially by afternoon..I hope all of us concern
on of our safety margin during crossing it..

There are all the announcements about or whole new schedule..Sorry about the long annoucements. .

Any problems regards it,you may refer to your Head & Head's
assistant of your section as they've being briefly explained regards the new schedule..also you may ask any of your SR..

Last but not least,I hope you'll enjoy of our whole new day at mowassal

ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH

Pertamanya, UNIT AKADEMIK PCI ingin mengucapkan tahniah bagi TAHUN 1 yang telah menghabiskan exam final dan pada TAHUN 4, teruskan berjuang, kami doakan untuk kecemerlangan semua di Dunia & Akhirat.

Di sini, ada beberapa pengumuman penting.

1. Insha Allah, universiti akan berpindah pada 27hb MAC 2010 (2 Sabtu depan) ke Moussah. Jadi sediakanlah diri kamu semua untuk nak pindah. hanya TAHUN 1,2& 3 sahaja yang akan berpindah.

2. Difahamkan bahawa universiti tersebut (Moussah) is still disewa by Faculty of Medicine (means that building is not belongs to Faculty of Medicine); So, UNIT AKADEMIK menjangkakan akan timbul isu isu mengenai masalah kelas praktikal or lecture clash. Facilities tak berapa memuaskan (Lec Hall incondusive, Library tak boleh accommodate students etc) dan mungkin kehadiran lecturer akan menjadi sedikit lewat. UNIT AKADEMIK berharap agar semua mahasiswa dapat bersedia untuk menempuhi halangan ini bersama. Kita doakan yang terbaek untuk semua. Amin.

3. Kepada TAHUN 2, UNIT AKADEMIK menasihatkan agar kamu semua tidak menangguh sebarang tugasan kini kerana Insha Allah, semua kelas practical yang dipostpone sekarang ini, akan dijalankan setelah kita berpindah ke sana. Jadi, kemungkinan kamu akan sibuk dengan assignment yang berlambak. So, make sure selesaikan tugas yang ada sekarang ni.

4. Sekali lagi, untuk TAHUN 2. Oleh kerana kita berkongsi Lec Hall dengan senior TAHUN 3, semua lecture kita akan bermula pada pukol 12 keatas (Lec TAHUN 3 akan start dari pukol 8 onwards). UNIT AKADEMIK telah berusaha untuk menukar jadual tersebut. Namun pihak admin tidak mampu menukarnya. Satu je inisiatif yang tinggal iaitu; kami meminta agar Admin meletakkan subject yg heavy dipermulaan lec (1200) dan meletakkan subject yg light di pengakhiran lec. Tapi, watever it is, kamu semua kena ready to face this.

5. TAHUN 2; lec esok akan di buat di:
LECTURE A di auditorium 2 di Academic Building (1st floor)
LECTURE B di auditorium 1 di Academic Building
